Cute Christmas

Made this card at the weekend towards my Christmas card box. I love the Penny Black Hedgies especially in Christmas scenes. Didn't get as much done as I thought I would over the weekend but did manage to make my first ever Pumpkin pies which turned out better than I thought they would.  The family were a little unsure at first whether they were going to like it but they tried it and SAID they did.lol

  • Penny Black "Cosy" Rubber stamp
  • Copics
  • Liquid pearl with glitter on top for snow
  • Nestabilites
  • Woodware circular greeting
  • Creatables Poinsettia dies
  • Stickles Glitter glue
  • Button from stash.
Here is a piccy of one of my Pumpkin Pies

While you're blog hopping go take a look at Debby4000s blog  "A Scrapjourney" Debby has some fantastic and very generous Blog Candy on offer, a $50 Dollar gift card for Simon Says Stamp Store in honour of her own Birthday. How fab is that. While you're there do take a look at her lovely cards if you haven't visited before her cards are always tip top, always.

Christmas Cards

I went to the Happy Stampers Northwest Stamp Festival at the weekend and bought some lovely new stamps (and more!!!) to get me inspired again. I saw this lovely super cute stamp from Impression Obsession, I think its called Stargazing.

I stamped and coloured with copics then layered onto pink card. I layered the stripey backing paper onto the card and stamped the other half  with the Penny Black stamp "snow scroll" image. I added the punched snowflakes, ribbon, buttons, Glitter glue and a button sentiment.

Winter Swing

I've got a new obsession at the moment..... it's uploading all my card pictures to Flickr and joining groups on there. I've joined the Penny Circle group on there which is for cards made with Penny Black Stamps. Here is my entry for their. Octoberfest competition which is also on their blog.

I stamped and coloured her with Copics, layered her on to green card and then onto the card that I had covered already with this gorgeous Craft Creations "Christmas Holly" paper backed on red card.
I had the "Joy" sentiment and the "Special Delivery" tag in my stash. I added the ribbon, buttons and of course Stickles Glitter Glue.
